The frame structure is made of high-strength steel HJ60 and Q550, ensuring stable transportation performance and excellent load capacity.With a distinctive telescopic design and high-strength materials, the main beam remains resistant to collapse during extension and retraction, achieving smooth sliding and high operating efficiency.

The most prominent feature of the wind turbine blade transport semi-trailer is its extra-long design with longitudinal telescopic function.Due to its overlength overall dimension, the vehicle has a much higher difficulty in turning.To overcome the challenge of curve driving and minimizes the turning radius,wind blade transport trailers are generally equipped with a hydraulic steering system to increase the flexibility of the whole trailer.

The vehicle can be optionally equipped with a dedicated hydraulic turntable automatic steering system.It automatically keeps all axles concentric and perfectly aligned with the main center of rotation. The axles steer independently and synchronously during travel, greatly enhancing driving safety and transportation efficiency, while delivering highly flexible and convenient overall maneuverability.The steering axles automatically adjust synchronously in real time following the kingpin angle.

SHIYUN extendable windmill vehicle can be fitted with a compact 12KW power station equipped with an engine and a hydraulic pump to drive the on-board hydraulic system for steering operation. Steering can be controlled either by manual valves or a remote control system.

Featuring a four-beam structure, all telescopic cross beams and extendable rear bumpers adopt reliable SHIYUN telescopic technology, enabling smooth and effortless extension and retraction.When retracted, the trailer has a compact overall length.When unloaded, the telescopic beam can be retracted to shorten the overall length of the trailer. Its maximum telescopic extension reaches 72 meters, capable of transporting extra-long wind turbine blades with a support span of around 70 meters. The telescopic operation is stable and smooth.Mounting points are reserved at 1-meter intervals along the trailer body for fixing blades of various specifications. A 6-meter telescopic rear bumper/folding rear bumper can be additionally installed on request.

The suspension system is designed with multi-axle independent steering.Air suspension is available to protect sensitive and precision cargo stablization, while mechanical suspension is an ideal option for carrying heavy-duty moulds and heavy loads.

Custom 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 axles are available. The vehicle adopts through-span axles equipped with rotary hydraulic steering system, providing a steering angle of ±35°. It supports both manual operation and remote control operation.

The gooseneck can be optional fixed type or hydraulic lifting type, allowing flexible height adjustment to adapt to diverse working conditions.

They can be seamlessly interfaced with other heavy-haul specialist trailers such as Scheuerle and Nicolas units. Designed to link the gooseneck and rear axles, these beams also provide robust top-surface load-bearing capacity.
Adopting a hydraulic modular design, it features higher flexibility compared with conventional through axles. It can be equipped with hydraulic axle-line suspension, and the whole vehicle supports hydraulic lifting and steering.
The multi-axle tires greatly enhance the vehicle’s load capacity.
The telescopic extendable spacer beam is detachable and connectable to different modular trailers to realize multi-functional transportation.After the modular trailer is separated from the extendable spacer unit, it can also be used independently for transporting other cargoes.The intermediate platform spacer can also be installed between modular axle lines for wind blade transportation.
