Goldhofer type modular trailer’s exceptional maneuverability has long been highly praised and is widely demanded and favored by heavy-duty transport customers.Its turntable slewing bearing steering structure delivers outstanding performance, with a lifting compensation range of ±300 mm and a well-engineered design.It performs excellently even on rough or muddy roads.
All modular trailers are equipped with fixing and lashing materials. These materials have passed inspections and obtained approvals from official organizations, such as holding CE certification, which can fully meet the requirements for compliant use.
The lashing rings that come with the trailers are highly practical. They can not only be used for firmly securing goods but also play a role when cranes are used for lifting operations on the vehicles, providing safe stress points for lifting.
Another outstanding advantage of Goldhofer type trailers is their automatic pin design. Operators can precisely control the pins via hydraulic cylinders to realize the longitudinal connection and fixation of module units easily without additional auxiliary tools. Precision welding of high-strength steel, CNC machining, full hydraulic suspension, multi-mode electronic control, and rigorous bench testing are the keys to Goldhofer type modular trailers being able to carry thousands of tons while maintaining accuracy and service life.
All SHIYUN modular trailer are tested with a static load of 125%–150% of their rated capacity before delivery.We also perform axle load balancing, hydraulic lifting and steering tests, as well as dynamic running tests. A full test report is provided before delivery to ensure customers can use the trailers safely and efficiently.

4.1 Hdraulic gooseneck .
The Gooseneck is renowned for its hydraulic height adjustment and excellent compatibility with modular trailers. The main control valves for the modules are integrated on the gooseneck, enabling convenient operation of all required functions.By operating the control valves, hydraulic pressure can be smoothly transferred and distributed between the tractor fifth wheel and the modular
4.2 Drawbar & steering swivel arms
The draw bars are robust, durable and highly flexible.They ensure stable steering and smooth power transmission.
Easy to connect and operate, they work reliably for heavy-duty transport and support various module combinations.
4.3 Power pack
The power unit is equipped with a Kohler KD625 air-cooled diesel engine (formerly Lombardini RD290), which features simple and reliable maintenance, high output power and strong reserve power.This engine offers a high cost-performance ratio with reliable after-sales support.
The hydraulic oil pump is an A2F12 bent-axis piston pump manufactured by Shanghai Oil Pump Factory using Rexroth technology.Built with imported core components, this pump delivers high output pressure and large displacement, making it suitable for multi-axle hydraulic modular trailers.
When matched with the power unit, the trailer control box enables lifting and steering control of the trailer.It can also be equipped with an electronically controlled steering valve for remote operation, allowing the trailer steering to be controlled from a distance and ensuring operational safety.
4.4 Low profile Drop deck
The drop decks’s feature an ultra-low profile, deep excavator recess, interchangeable floor inserts, and short bogies for excellent height clearance, flexibility and maneuverability in heavy-duty and oversize transport.It can be spliced to different lengths, and various lengths of drop decks can be selected to meet the transportation needs of different cargo lengths.When the load exceeds 200 tons, we recommend installing load distribution beams on both sides.
4.5 Vessel bridge
The Vessel Bridge is specially designed for the transportation of extra-large and heavy-duty cargoes. It features telescopic length adjustment or connection length expansion and width expansion, which can meet the transportation needs of cargoes with different weights, tonnages and dimensions.
4.6 Spacer (Intermediate platform)
Intermediate spacers extend the loading area or axle spacing without imposing excessive axle loads. It features the same structure as a Goldhofer style frame.
4.7 Extendable spacer
Goldhofer’s extendable spacer is also a very popular product. It is widely used for transporting extra-long cargo such as wind turbine components and can connect two modules.
4.8 High girder bridge
For loads over 300 tons, the High Girder Bridge is a better choice. It performs excellently in the transportation of heavy cargo such as transformers, and effectively solves the problem of concentrated loading on modular axles.
4.9 Long load turntable
For transporting extra-long cargo with relatively light weight, a turntable is also an excellent option. It has two support points (front and rear), each mounted on a module axis, enabling synchronized movement.
