MODULAR LOWBED SEMI TRAILER

SHIYUN modular low-bed semi-trailer adopts a modular combined design. It features a low cargo platform, strong load-bearing capacity, hydraulic self-adaptation, flexible passing performance and high versatility. It is mainly used for transporting non-detachable oversize and heavy cargo such as wind power equipment, bridge components, large construction machinery and transformers.
1. Modular Combination & Strong Adaptability
SHIYUN modular trailer can be assembled freely in longitudinal and transverse directions. The number of axles can be increased or decreased as required, and the overall length is adjustable. All modules, goosenecks and end beams are universally interchangeable, realizing multi-purpose use of one unit and effectively reducing procurement and maintenance costs.The modular unit is compatible with Goldhofer plate modules as well as Nicolas plate modules, featuring excellent universality and interchangeability.The front end of the cargo platform can be directly connected to the gooseneck, and can also be coupled with modular axis lines units.

2.Ultra-Low Platform & Stable Driving

The cargo platform is close to the ground with a lower overall center of gravity, meeting the height limit requirements for super-high oversized cargo. Equipped with a hydraulic lifting system, the platform height can be fine-tuned to adapt to loading and unloading on ramps and complex roads. It is not easy to roll over during driving with high safety performance.The platform can be lowered close to the ground for ground-level traveling. It can be raised whenever encountering obstacles to pass through smoothly. It delivers excellent trafficability in countries with height restrictions, as well as when passing bridges, tunnels and other limited-height sections.

3. Multi-Axle Hydraulic Structure & Excellent Heavy-Load Performance

Adopting a multi-axle hydraulic suspension structure with reasonable legal load per axle and large overall carrying capacity. The built-in hydraulic balance system can automatically balance road surface force, buffer bump impact and reduce wear of tires and frame.

4.Full-Axle Hydraulic Steering & Flexible Turning

All axles adopt linked hydraulic steering with a small turning radius. It is easy to operate on narrow roads, construction sites and during reversing, suitable for short-distance handling and long-distance trunk transportation under complex road conditions.

5.High-Strength Material & Durable Structure

The main beam is made of high-strength alloy steel with a box beam structure, featuring excellent torsion and compression resistance without easy deformation. Adopting sophisticated welding technology, the overall structure is stable and suitable for long-term high-intensity heavy-load working conditions.

6.Wide Range of Application Scenarios

Widely used in large-piece and heavy-load logistics transportation for wind power, infrastructure bridges, large equipment, heavy industry machinery, energy and power industries.

7.Under normal working conditions, we can adopt either a special power gooseneck for modular trailers or a standard hydraulic detachable gooseneck.The power gooseneck features higher flexibility, which can be connected with both modular units and cargo platforms.In comparison, the hydraulic detachable gooseneck is more cost-effective and economical, and it can also realize complete lifting and lowering functions.

8. The telescopic function is optional. Adopting a dual telescopic beam structure, the cargo platform can be extended up to 12 meters. It is suitable for transporting 40ft ultra-high frame cargo with superior trafficability.

9.SHIYUN hydraulic modular trailer is equipped with an operation box to control all functions of the hydraulic system, and is also fitted with a wireless remote controller for convenient remote operation.
