For the transportation of heavy and oversized cargo, Shiyun Group has independently developed its own proprietary hydraulic modular trailer, which can flexibly meet transportation requirements of various lengths and widths.
It features simple operation, a wide range of sizes and models, as well as cost-effectiveness and better practicality.
For the exterior design, we offer two options: the classic version and the upgraded version. You may choose different styles according to your preference.Compared with the classic version, the upgraded version features a more refined and attractive appearance, and is equipped with an automatic pinning function.

Users can flexibly choose the required number of axle lines according to the actual weight of the goods they intend to transport.These axle lines feature a highly modular design, supporting both free horizontal splicing and vertical combination to meet different loading and transportation requirements.

Nicolas type modular transporters are equipped with independent hydraulic systems.
Each axle line features a separate hydraulic suspension unit, which is connected to the chassis via a universal joint or swing bearing, allowing independent left and right wheel swing without mutual interference. The interconnected hydraulic system automatically distributes the axle load to ensure even force distribution across multiple axles.
It adapts well to uneven roads, ramps and cross slopes, providing substantial compensation for road irregularities.

One outstanding advantage of upgraded version modular trailers is their automatic pin design. Operators can precisely control the pins via hydraulic cylinders to realize the longitudinal connection and fixation of module units easily without additional auxiliary tools. This design effectively simplifies the operation process, significantly improves the efficiency of on-site assembly and transportation, and brings users a more convenient and efficient operating experience.

The main beam of SHIYUN modular trailer is made of Grade 690 high-strength steel.The main longitudinal beams adopt a fully enclosed box section, featuring exceptional torsional resistance and bending strength.
The auxiliary beams, positioned below and inside the main beams, are also of box structure and used for direct mounting of the hydraulic swing arm suspension.
Multiple box cross beams and diagonal reinforcements form a rigid grid structure, effectively preventing longitudinal and torsional deformation.

All SHIYUN modular trailer are tested with a static load of 125%–150% of their rated capacity before delivery.We also perform axle load balancing, hydraulic lifting and steering tests, as well as dynamic running tests. A full test report is provided before delivery to ensure customers can use the trailers safely and efficiently.

4.1 Hydraulic gooseneck .

The Gooseneck is renowned for its hydraulic height adjustment and excellent compatibility with modular trailers. The main control valves for the modules are integrated on the gooseneck or operation box, enabling convenient operation of all required functions.By operating the control valves, hydraulic pressure can be smoothly transferred and distributed between the tractor fifth wheel and the modular

In addition to the Nicolas Power Hydraulic gooseneck, we offer a more cost-effective solution: connection via a drop deck with a detachable gooseneck, which can reduce customers’ costs while meeting the transportation requirements of various goods.

4.2 Drawbar & steering swivel arms
The draw bars are robust, durable and highly flexible.They ensure stable steering and smooth power transmission.
Easy to connect and operate, they work reliably for heavy-duty transport and support various module combinations.

4.3 Power pack
The power pack unit of SHIYUN modular trailers mainly consists of a horizontal diesel engine, multi-section hydraulic pumps, hydraulic tank, oil cooling system, integrated valve group, accumulator, and electronic control system.When matched with the power unit, the trailer control box enables lifting and steering control of the trailer.It can also be equipped with an electronically controlled steering valve for remote operation, allowing the trailer steering to be controlled from a distance and ensuring operational safety.

4.4 Low profile Drop deck
The drop decks’s feature an ultra-low profile, deep excavator recess, interchangeable floor inserts, and short bogies for excellent height clearance, flexibility and maneuverability in heavy-duty and oversize transport.It can be spliced to different lengths, and various lengths of drop decks can be selected to meet the transportation needs of different cargo lengths.When the load exceeds 200 tons, we recommend installing load distribution beams on both sides.

4.5 Vessel bridge
The Vessel Bridge is specially designed for the transportation of extra-large and heavy-duty cargoes. It features telescopic length adjustment or connection length expansion and width expansion, which can meet the transportation needs of cargoes with different weights, tonnages and dimensions.

4.6 Spacer (Intermediate platform)
Intermediate spacers extend the loading area or axle spacing without imposing excessive axle loads. It features the same structure as a modular structure style frame.
4.7 Extendable spacer
SHIYUN modular trailer’s extendable spacer is also a very popular product. It is widely used for transporting extra-long cargo such as wind turbine components and can connect two modules.

4.8 High girder bridge
For loads over 300 tons, the High Girder Bridge is a better choice. It performs excellently in the transportation of heavy cargo such as transformers, and effectively solves the problem of concentrated loading on modular axles.

4.9 Long load turntable
For transporting extra-long cargo with relatively light weight, a turntable is also an excellent option. It has two support points (front and rear), each mounted on a module axis, enabling synchronized movement
