The liquid tank semi-trailer is specially used for sealed, safe and large-volume long-distance transportation of various liquid media.
With an integral sealed tank structure, it prevents volatilization, leakage and environmental pollution. The tank can be divided into multiple compartments to transport different liquids separately at the same time.
It is suitable for fuel oil, chemical liquids, edible oil and other liquid materials. Equipped with emergency shut-off valve, breather valve, safety valve, static protection and other safety devices, it features easy loading and unloading and stable operation, widely used in petrochemical, grain, chemical and logistics industries.

1.NORMAL LIQUID TANK SEMI TRAILER:

The conventional liquid tank trailer is suitable for normal-temperature liquid media such as gasoline, diesel and benzene, and can also transport non-corrosive liquids including water.
The tank can be made of carbon steel, stainless steel or aluminum alloy.
An emergency bottom valve is equipped at the tank bottom, while ball valves and quick-release connectors are installed at the discharge outlet.
It supports both top loading and bottom loading operations.

FEATURES

  • Theframeadoptsanintegral welded structure, mainly composed of lower flange plates, auxiliary

    The tank adopts an integral full-plate forming process. Unlike the forced forming method using
    suspension chains or hydraulic cylinders adopted by other manufacturers, it effectively eliminates
    stress concentration of the tank, and fundamentally avoids quality defects such as cracking,
    deformation and leakage
  • Length extendable flatbed container trailer :

The extendable flatbed semi-trailer is also a very common model, and customized solutions can be provided according to the length required by customers.

  • The tank volume is generally designed from 20 cubic meters to 70 cubic meters, and different
    capacities can be customized according to customer requirements.The volumetric capacity ranging
    from 40,000 to 50,000 liters is the most common specification. It can be made with a single
    compartment or multiple independent compartments, and the volume of each separate compartment
    can be customized based on the total tank capacity.
  • Internal surge baffles reduce liquid sloshing and inertial impact, improving driving stability and structural safety of the tank semi-trailer.It is made of T610L high-strength steel plate, whose strength is 2.5 times that of ordinary steel plate.
  • The subsea valve, also known as an emergency shut-off valve, is installed at the bottom of the tank body. It can replace the traditional top-mounted structure to realize bottom loading and unloading.

It supports bottom fuel loading, making operation simpler, more convenient, safer and environmentally friendly. The valve body is designed with a breaking groove. In case of tanker accidents such as collision or rollover, the breaking groove will fracture automatically. It cuts off the connection between the tank and the bottom pipeline while keeping the tank well sealed, effectively preventing fuel leakage and ensuring the safety of the oil tanker.

  • Function of Safety Valve

The safety valve is specially designed for tank equipment such as oil tanks and chemical storage tanks. The opening pressure can be set according to actual working conditions to meet diverse application requirements.

The valve main body is integrally precision-cast from stainless steel, featuring excellent corrosion resistance and superior tight sealing performance. It is suitable for all kinds of complex working environments and effectively ensures the safe operation of the tank.

Function of Breather Valve

  • The tank is fitted with a new European standard manhole cover equipped with sensors and a breather valve; a vapor recovery system can also be installed upon customer request.Manually or pneumatically liftable safety railings can be mounted on the tank top. When raised, the railings are about 1 meter above the tank surface, ensuring the safety of personnel walking and working on the tank top.The breather valve balances the internal and external air pressure of the oil tank, preventing tank deformation and oil volatilization loss caused by pressure changes during temperature variation and oil loading/unloading. When the tank tilts by 70 degrees, the sealing ball inside the valve falls to form a reliable seal and effectively prevent oil leakage.
  • The tank valve box is equipped with an oil level indicator, loading/unloading couplings and control switches for the emergency shut-off valve.The vehicle is fitted with an anti-static grounding strip, and can be optionally equipped with a vapor recovery system and an overfill prevention socket.
  • The suspension of the trailer can adopt mechanical suspension, air suspension or single-point suspension.For axles, options include BPW axles, Fuwa axles, L1 axles and other brand axles.Wheel rims are available in steel or aluminum alloy versions.
  • The tank trailer is equipped with hose boxes on both sides, together with aluminum alloy side.
  • The oil tank semi-trailer shall be equipped with special fire extinguishers and fitted with a static grounding chain. During travel, the grounding chain must maintain reliable contact with the ground to release static electricity and ensure driving safety.

  • Purpose of Oil Tanker Vapor Recovery System

The vapor recovery system of oil tankers enables fully closed vapor recovery during the entire loading and unloading process, restricting the direct emission of oil and gas into the atmosphere. When the oil tanker unloads oil through the oil unloading pipeline, the oil and gas inside the gas station storage tank flows back to the oil tanker via the gas return pipeline. The tanker transports the recovered oil and gas back to the oil depot for centralized treatment, realizing closed-loop vapor recovery, energy conservation, environmental protection and emission reduction.

  • Function of Overflow Prevention Sensor

The overflow prevention sensor is widely used for sealed liquid filling of various storage tanks. It is a safety protection device to give an early warning and prevent liquid overflow caused by overfilling.Installed on the manhole cover at the top of the tank, the sensor will automatically send an alarm and cut off the filling operation when the liquid level reaches the warning limit, effectively avoiding oil overflow and ensuring the safety of loading and unloading operations.

  • The bottom loading system is equipped with pneumatically controlled emergency bottom valves and API coupling valves.

Top loading requires operators to work on the tank top, which brings high safety risks, and volatile oil gas escapes into the atmosphere with potential hazards.By contrast, bottom loading allows all operations to be completed on the ground with safety and high efficiency. It realizes closed-loop internal circulation of oil and gas and eliminates explosion risks fundamentally.

  • The truck-mounted pump loading and unloading system can deliver liquid from the tank to storage tanks at a higher elevation, and suck liquid into the tank from storage tanks at a lower elevation.

It can be driven by either an electric motor or a power take-off (PTO).

2.Insulated liquid tanker semi trailer

The insulated liquid tank truck is suitable for high freezing point media such as phenol, asphalt and sulfur, and can also transport food-grade liquid materials like honey,molasses and milk.

The tank is available in carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminum alloy.

The insulation layer thickness ranges from 50 mm to 100 mm with glass fiber as thermal insulation material. The outer cladding plate can be carbon steel, galvanized sheet, mirror stainless steel plate or aluminum alloy plate.

For the discharging system: an emergency bottom valve is installed at the tank bottom, equipped with insulated bottom valve or insulated ball valve, and the outlet is fitted with ball valve and quick coupling.

Heating systems are optional, including steam heating, fuel/gas heating, electric heating and LPG heating. A thermometer can be optionally installed as required by customers.

The outer cladding is fixed with tension belts, featuring good waterproof performance, elegant appearance and convenient maintenance. With fewer heat transfer components, it achieves excellent thermal insulation effect.

3.Corrosive liquid tank semi trailer

The carbon steel lined plastic tank truck adopts carbon steel for the outer shell, with a 18 mm thick polyethylene plastic lining inside.

It is applicable to the transportation of corrosive liquids such as hydrochloric acid and hydrofluoric acid. A plastic surge baffle is installed inside the tank, and a built-in plastic emergency shut-off valve is fitted at the bottom outlet. The discharge port is equipped with carbon steel fluorine-lined ball valve and plastic threaded connector.

4.Food liquid tank semi trailer:

The food-grade liquid tank truck is suitable for transporting food liquids such as milk, chocolate and syrup.
The tank is generally made of food-grade stainless steel, and an insulation layer of 50 mm to 100 mm glass fiber can be added according to customer requirements.
It is equipped with food-grade butterfly valves and food-grade threaded joints, and the discharge outlet is arranged inside a closed operation box.
The internal surface roughness of the tank and pipelines complies with the industry standard for milk tank trucks. It is easy to clean and equipped with an automatic spraying cleaning device, enabling convenient and hygienic tank interior cleaning.

3. CNG tank trailer :

CNG stands for Compressed Natural Gas.

A CNG tube trailer is a special dangerous goods semi-trailer equipped with high-pressure cylinder bundles. It stores natural gas under normal temperature and high pressure, and transports it to gas stations, industrial plants and urban pipeline networks.
