A flatbed trailer is a semi truck flatbed trailer with a flat, level deck and no sides or roof. This open design makes loading and unloading fast from the top, side or rear. It is used to haul containers, steel coils, pipes, machinery, construction equipment, timber and bagged goods that do not need enclosed protection.
Our semi flatbed trailer range also covers container transport, using twist locks to secure 20ft, 40ft and 45ft ISO standard containers.

A gooseneck flatbed trailer has a lowered front section that connects to the tractor kingpin. This design lowers the deck height and gives more room for tall or over height loads. It also improves stability during long haul transport.
We build two main gooseneck flatbed trailer types:
Fixed gooseneck flatbed trailer. The gooseneck section is welded to the main frame. It offers a strong, rigid platform for general and container cargo.
Removable gooseneck flatbed trailer (RGN). The gooseneck detaches from the deck so equipment can be driven straight on and off. This is ideal for construction machinery, generators and other self propelled loads.

Similar to the 20ft skeleton semi-trailer, the 20foot flatbed semi-trailer can be used for transporting containers as well as various types of bulk and general cargo.It features a similar length to the skeleton trailer, usually equipped with a dual-axle setup as standard, although a tri-axle configuration is also available for customer selection.
Most customers prefer the 40ft and 45footer trailers as it can carry two 20ft containers at the same time.Such trailers are generally equipped with three axles as standard, but we can also customize the number of axles according to customers’ special requirements.And is generally equipped with 4 to 14 twist locks.To reduce the overall weight, many customers also choose single-tire 385/65R22.5 flatbed trailer container ,air bag suspension flatbed trailer or aluminum alloy material flatbed trailer container trailer.

Based on the flatbed semi-trailer, we can add front head board ,side bars, drop side wall, or fences to meet the transportation needs of different types of cargo.
-Installing frond head board or rear head board of a flatbed semi-trailer can effectively prevent cargo from falling off, cushion inertia during transportation, and make operation safer and more convenient.
By installing stakes (side bars)on the flatbed semi-trailer, it can transport timber(log), bagged cement and other goods, effectively preventing cargo from falling off and making transportation safer and more stable.
Drop side semi-trailers are more practical with side board installed on both sides.The height of the side boards can be customized as per customer requirements, normally ranging from 600mm to 2000mm.Container twist locks can be retained together with the side boards, allowing the trailer to achieve more diverse transportation functions.
Fence semi-trailers generally have a higher protective structure, with a lower side board and an upper stake fence. Container twist locks can be retained, and both the side boards and stake fence are removable, making the vehicle more versatile for different transportation needs.
